1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned below:

• "Platform" means the 789com website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services available at 789com.bio.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered a verified account on 789com.
• "Account Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's 789com account at any given time, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free wager allocations granted by 789com under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 789com to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on a Player's account at their own request, preventing access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which 789com accounts are denominated for Pakistani players.

2 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of 789com is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. By clicking "Register", "Continue", or by otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions must be read in conjunction with 789com's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 789com. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional communication, these Terms shall prevail.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain a 789com account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 789com strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

• You must not have been previously self-excluded, permanently banned, or subject to an active account restriction on 789com.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on 789com. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid contact number, and a working email address. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your 789com login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. 789com will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any unauthorised access to your account should be reported to 789com support immediately. 789com will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

789com reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, driver's licence, or utility bill for proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

789com accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the 789com cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

Player funds are held in accounts segregated from 789com's operational funds. Your Account Balance is not subject to claims by 789com's creditors and is not used to fund the company's business operations.

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet methods and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers.

789com reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 789com will notify the Player and provide an estimated resolution timeframe.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

789com offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. The full terms of each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, expiry dates, and maximum bonus conversion limits, are displayed at the point of acceptance and on the relevant promotional page.

By accepting a bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been fully met. Where a Player requests a withdrawal before completing a wagering requirement, 789com reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus balance from the withdrawal amount.

• A maximum of one active bonus may be held at any time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other promotions.
• Free spins winnings are typically subject to a separate wagering requirement as stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, use of software to gain unfair advantage, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and permanent account closure.
• 789com reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 789com are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all selections before submitting a bet. 789com will not void or reverse a correctly placed wager on the grounds that the Player made an error in selection.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, or the ICC for international fixtures). In the event of any dispute regarding an official result, 789com's decision, made in consultation with the relevant data provider, shall be final.

Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for each game. 789com does not have the ability to manipulate game outcomes and assumes no obligation for any variance experienced by a Player during normal gameplay.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market listing and may be adjusted by 789com at any time without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 789com and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Conducting any activity that constitutes money laundering, match-fixing, or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing 789com from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or credit card disputes in bad faith.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account or accessing the Platform by other means.

9 Responsible Gaming

789com is fully committed to responsible gaming and the wellbeing of all its players. We provide the following tools free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Timed alerts to notify players of the duration of their active session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: A temporary restriction of 24 hours to 6 weeks, applied immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary account block of 6 months to 5 years, or permanent exclusion at the Player's discretion.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 789com Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, images, and design layouts — is the exclusive intellectual property of 789com or its licensed partners. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of 789com.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant any right to download, copy, or reverse-engineer any component of the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 789com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime.

789com does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses attributable to technical failures, internet outages, server maintenance, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

In all cases, 789com's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

789com collects, processes, and stores Player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on 789com, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

789com does not sell, rent, or share Player personal data with third-party marketing organisations. Data is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the improvement of Platform services. For full details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

789com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 789com will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must immediately cease using 789com and request account closure via the support team.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 789com operates its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory consumer rights available to Pakistani players under applicable local law.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 789com's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the relevant international gaming regulatory authority as specified in 789com's licensing documentation.
